(25/04) Met up with Aunt Gina, Shawn & his family for a Karaoke session in the night. As usual, Shawn and his parents kept things lively with their random songs and teasing of one another. After all the fun, my uncle treated us to bak chor mee (minced meat noodles) at Bedok blk 85. Had a fun night :)


(29/04) A date with BNN budd (wei qi) to watch "THE AVENGERS: AGE OF ULTRON" !! Oh how I've missed Iron man & Captain America ♥ Met budd for a korean bbq lunch at Sshikkek, tampines 1, before we headed into the cinema. The movie: Such a masterpiece for a sequel :3 They couldn't have done it any better, so now I'm already expecting for an out-of-this-world ending for the third film.
*sobs* will miss tony stark . AVENGERS = PURE AWESOMENESS

(30/04) Had dinner with leck qi and alvin at poulet, bedok mall :) We each ordered half a chicken, each with different sauces xD Caught up lots on our lives, as well as about the latest Avengers movie ♥ WOOHOOOOOOO tonight's gnna be a good good night~ (cause tmmrw's labour day, a public hol!)

(27/04) An unexpected true friend she is :) We met in year 2, whereby we sat together by fate, and formed a group. At first, che wen seems like an aloof person but as we got along, I realised that she was just like me: shy around strangers (sometimes appearing as cold), but comfortable with friends.

Then we started having conversations revolving around all out similar interests, from guys to korean pop B) And all that teasing with each other just comes naturally. But we all know, that we are there to listen to each other's troubles, whether to gossip it off or to solve it together.

Che wen, you are great just the way you are (as with all my besties :D), true to oneself a.k.a never pretentious! I hope for our friendship to go a long way :)

And now, robert downey jr as Peter Wright in the movie Only You, adds to list :3 He's so romantic in the film as he only has eyes for the female lead, even as she was bent on loving a certain man whom she believes is her destiny. And robert downey jr was just as handsome and charismatic as brad pitt and tom cruise were ♥

The only problem is me because I'm in love with her. I love her more than she'll ever know. But... you're a lucky, lucky man. You've got the right name! Goodbye Faith. Hope you two work it out.

Everybody hurts

Had another dream :|

So I dreamt of a guy I met recently (we were from the same school & lecture). Shall name him "R".

In the dream, I was having a crush on him. And he was always surrounded by girls who were much prettier than I am. Luckily for me, I had a guy best friend (I can't rmb his face), who was always by my side to encourage me whenever I lost hope in pursuing this dream like guy, R.

Anyway, there came a day when my best friend thought of a plan for "R" to notice me, and we started out to make him a journal. It was filled with notes of love and letters proclaiming my attraction to him. My best friend further beautified it with his drawings of cartoons.

And finally, I met R, in a dimly lit restaurant. Though I felt that something was off with him. He had this sunken look and showed disinterest in whatever I said. Then I said, "You can tell me what's wrong. The reason why you're feeling like this." He then threw me a death stare and replied, "Don't think you can get closer to me by doing so."

At that moment, I felt something in me shatter. Not wanting to force this friendship (or hopefully a relationship) any further, I excused myself and left. Throughout that, R was emotionless. Outside, my best friend was waiting for me with a worried look.

At that moment, I promised myself that I'll not pursue this fairytale like romance any more, and to put those around me through those feelings of concern for me. Although I knew it wasn't intentional that R treated me that way (he had probably been through a rough situation), I decided to put down those made up emotions towards him.

My bubbly, yellow-lover banana budd turns 21! ^ٮ^ Still recall how she approached me:- seeing that I was quiet & shy, hanging around my two other friends who were more authoritative, budd was worried if I had any hardships being around them. It was then when I cliqued with this current bunch of fun-loving & caring people :)

Then, in school, it was more of Kpop (for budd and i), mugging studies & playing pranks on each other (in our clique) for us. We really grew closer, sharing our deeper thoughts & emotions, after graduation (probably cause we could relate to each other on many of the new phases in our lives)

Budd, I wnna thank you for including me, in many stages of your life. Be it updating each other, or introducing the new people around us. And that despite our busy lives, we still contact each other so often (nowadays). Thanks for listening to my bad days & good, and always cheering me up :D


Lastly, last long with ben :B And I wnna be one of your bridesmaid at your wedding!

(04/04) And finally THE SG360 RUN :D Honestly, all that waiting through the night was boring! But thanks to wei qi & ying hui, time flew by quickly~ :B We chatted about so many stuffs that I missed times like these! And we also made some new friends from our group. Coincidentally, the group leader in charge "knew" our chung cheng schoolmate >.- Anyway, when the event started, we were busy like hell! And the process was fun, with us being so frantic over the decreasing cups of water/100+ for the runners. Until the end, all we have left are senses of accomplishment & fatigue :)
