During the night, aunt gina, the cousins and I decided to spend our weeknight at Playnation @ Our Tampines Hub. So we played the following games: Halo, Pictionary, Jenga, Fifa and WWE. LOL~ (I kind of wanted to try Guitar Hero and Just Dance) Anyways, let the pictures do the telling (>▲<)
After our 10pm to 1am slot at Playnation, we headed to Al Azhar at block 201. I had prata plaster (yum~) & ice teh tarik (of course!) -ᴗ-

Today, I spent a whole day with my family, two grannies and my two little nephews. Night time though, had an impromptu Left 4 Dead 2 teamplay with wei qi, ben and marcus.

Today, I was on mc, off work~ Yippee, though it was due to my swollen right eye -.- Rather than the uncomfortable feeling, I was more concerned over how hideous I look. Anyways, I had lots of spare time in the afternoon, and I finally settled on 'Looking for Alaska', which I left on hiatus for a long period.
You spend your whole life stuck in the labyrinth, thinking about how you'll escape it one day, and how awesome it will be, and imagining that future keeps you going, but you never do it. You just use the future to escape the present.

Ouch, that was suprisingly close to home~ ¬_¬ Anyways, was so grateful that weiqi (budd) stopped by after work, with some 九鲜 desserts. We ate and caught up under my block ^ᴗ^ I spent the rest of the evening at tampines hub with my mom, wearing sunglasses at night to cover up my swollen eye.
Had yet another realistic dream, but it's been a looong time since I had them. I am with these two guys, just chilling by some stairway. I assume that we are of the same clique, but we're still kind of awkward. And suddenly this girl (daughter of some celebrity) passes by us. And the two of them starts teasing her (we somehow know her?). So I kind of got jealous? frustrated? Futhermore they look like they enjoy pissing her off (which I relate as them liking her).
So I think I like one of them, call him 'guy A'
Skips to the next scene: We are at some skateboarding park. And 'guy A' was the star of the arena, showing off his slick skateboarding moves. Then, in comes this other girl, pretty, bimbo-ish, obviously the popular girl anywhere. She's head over heels for guy A and tries her hand at skateboarding but fails terribly, and retreats to one corner.
Apparently, I was pretty good at it and was casually skating around when i happened upon her misfortune. So i went to her, offered to fix her skateboard and brought it out of the skate park to fix it. All the while she had this disbelief look on her, like, "what is this girl's deal? -.-"
I found a quiet spot among the row of outdoor benches, dimly lit and under the night sky, and dealt with the broken wheels of the skateboard. Shortly after, 'guy A' came out of the skate park, asking me about the situation. I told him and he gave a hearty laugh, judging the popular girl. He then asked me why I chose to seat in such a secluded spot with such bad lighting and I simply answered that I felt comfortable under the dark sky.
He shot a puzzled look. And I went on to say with my focus back on the skateboard,
"Don't you feel that the moon radiates some kind of warmth? Like it will share with you all your deepest darkest secrets. You don't feel pressure or feel exposed, the way you feel under the sun, cause the darkness shields you from stares and projection."
I look up once more, and 'guy A' has his head propped up with one arm, listening attentively to me. I'm wasn't even sure if he understood, or if he was staring into space.
LOL, end of dream, but once I woke up, it was all in my head. Like what would happen if it was actually real... Anyways, end of a sweet dream.
14 MAY
It was mother's day today! But I ended up not celebrating it with my mom T_T Well but she's ok about it~ Went to shawn & nicholas' house for some mahjong session with their mom and aunt gina. Their mom also cooked a few dishes, and my grandma was there to celebrate mother's day with us. Turns out that it was also aunt ashley's birthday (I forgot the date ¬ᴗ¬") and she was touched when we all wished her.
Today, was a pretty crazy day (>ᴗ<) So nicholas, dickson, aunt gina and I planned a hiking trip (well there aren't many hills or mountains to hike in singapore) to the Botanical Gardens -ᴗ- before that, we headed to Beauty World for some Al Azhar
Anyway, once we stepped into the Botanical Gardens, everything went h*ll crazy. Didn't expect them cousins to be so hyper and full of funny ideas (>▲<) If only I could post the videos up too...
