G DRAGON - SUPER STAR

Today was THE day, ACT III: M.O.T.T.E (Moment of Truth, The End), GDragon's solo concert in sg ♥ I missed them so much, just seeing them on screens does no comfort to my broken soul. Though I look forward to seeing them all, seeing GD live was just as sufficient.

Our charismatic leader can hold the stage alone for 2 whole hours, like nobody can do! Singing and dancing! He reminds us V.I.Ps, how much faith we should have in BIG BANG's comeback, for leader-nim is always there for them and us ♥ He always manages to pull in the attention of fans of the other members, "all eyes on me" kind of power ˘ᵕ˘ not that anyone's complaining

Anyways, I was 100% immersed in all his performances and songs. As always, leader-nim's songwriting talent never fails~ ^ᵕ^ Towards the middle of his concert, he had this dialogue, talking about who he really is or how he feels about his celebrity self & true personal self. #Feels And all these emotions just overwhelm the fans, probably himself too if he was backstage monitoring.

And how he mentions that he still is confused about himself. Well, I feel the same way as he does. But he's achieved so much more, stardom wise, musically, social circle, carrying himself with intergrity and all (Being the ever polite Kwon Ji Yong towards others)

I feel that maybe we don't have to stop at a point in our lives, and think through such questions "who are we?" "what is our purpose or goal?" "when is the end for each stage in our life?"

Maybe we just have to keep discovering new sides to ourselves, not evolving like physically or mentally, but experimenting with our limits and possibilities.

Questions like "who else will I get to know?", "what more things are there to look forward to?" "which part of the globe have I yet to explore?" "when will I grow out of this insecure stage of myself and be truly happy?" or "can we already be happy, just living this moment?"

Finally, met up with wei qi and ying hui, after a long while! Had mexican food for dinner @ Muchos, Plaza Singapura. Honestly, not that fantastic, but I'm ok with their Quesadillas, which comes with sour cream and was quite tasty. We also ordered a jug of lime margarita, which wei qi said tasted like cough syrup. We were quick to feel tipsy and got pretty excited after catching up lots.

Oh and a certain situation occurred, whereby the waiter asked to see ying hui's ID for our alcoholic drinks. When wei qi and I were rummaging our bags for ours, he turned to us and said, "it's ok, I only need to see hers, cause she looks the youngest here." #offendedmuch Wei qi was so mad that he embarrassed us (>▲<) Afterwhich, aunty qi and us headed to search for a CapitalLand Mall receipt scanning machine for member points. (>_<)

We all agreed that we were tipsy and headed to MacDonalds for some ice cream, before camping there for nearly as long as we did at Muchos. An uncle at the next table was staring at us whenever we laughed a bit too loudly. Well, he should have his attention on all the rowdy teenagers at the other tables. We decided that our next outing was either gnna be a steamboat get-together or a staycation with more alcohol ^ₓ^

Ying hui then headed home at around 11pm, 12am? Wei qi and I felt that the night was still young and she suggested we go to a LAN, despite her having half-day work the next day. Sadly, the LAN shop was full and most of the public transports had already stop functioning. Hence, we walked from dhoby ghaut to suntec city, with no concrete plan in mind.

Thankfully, the night air was pretty breezy. Though we did come across a few hobos on the street, either sitting around or sleeping at a corner. And of course, many party-goers still queuing to enter their clubs (lucky sh*ts with cars)~ Anyway, we sat by an empty bus stop for an hour before finally booking a cab home (was stared for an hour by an unknown man, tough luck). Home sweet home~ ˘ᵕ˘

Today, my cousins and I planned to have some fun @ Playnation again. I went to Shawn & Nicholas' house to meet up with them and Dickson.

Though, Shawn had plans with his friends. Thus, after dinner at their place, Nic, Dickson and I made our way to Our Tampines Hub for 3 hours of fun: Halo, Mario Cart, Just Dance, NBA and FIFA ^_^

After our time at Playnation (10pm - 1am), we headed over to Safra Tampines for some pool, and we took turns versusing each other til 2:45am. We finally ended off our night with some carpool karaoke and supper at MacDonalds (>▲<)

Met up with xin yun and che wen again after cw's trip to korea! And she bought us so many souvenirs~ She bought us a face powder with very cute designs, maccha chocolate, maccha cookie, vitagen gummy sweets, some face masks ^o^

We were lucky enough to snag up a grab car with glass roof #travellinginluxury, and headed over to PIM PAM by FOC in Orchard for some Italiano food; PORK & SCALLOP PAELLA and OCTOPUS GALICIAN STYLE.

Afterwhich, we windowed shopped around Orchard Rd and even visited the newly opened apple store, which was unnecessarily spacious.

And we had our second go with desserts at Lady M, Orchard Central; GREEN TEA MILLE CREPE (my love) ♥v♥ And finally ended our night, leaving for the mrt ard 10pm?

Yay, met up with che wen and xin yun. It has . been . a . long . time since I last saw them. Well, it felt like a long time. We headed to Tengawa Hokkaido White Curry @ Millenia Walk for dinner. Caught up on xin yun's trip to thailand and che wen's upcoming trip to korea. She will be travelling from jeju > busan > seoul. ♥o♥ So envious of her~ I have only been to seoul~














04 JUN And today, my family and I received tickets to a family night event @ Universal Studios Singapore. Sat the Transformers ride with Jared (nephew), my parents and my oldest sister. Was really proud of Jared cause it was his first adult ride, and it was pretty thrilling to be honest. Heard that a few young boys were crying when they exited the ride. At the souvenir shop, I got myself a bumblebee keychain ♥

Sat the Cyclon again (the last time I rode it was 6 years ago with my friends), this time with my oldest sister. I must say, I feel that my body is getting old, as I ain't as use to the speed as when I first took it~ Still, it felt great, to feel the speed, wind and enjoy the night view (even if it means having a few 360 turns) Lastly, we ended off the night watching fireworks

Love how this couple took the courage and plunged into a lifestyle which people hardly live. And they seem so happy and contented. It also makes much more room for interaction and mutual living, as compared to those huge bungalows in the cities. I think I wouldn't mind living here if my future other half decided to do so
